ASHLAND, Ore.
Oregon Health & Science University School of Nursing, Ashland, Commencement is planned for Saturday, June 12, at 9 a.m. in Southern Oregon University Mountain Arena gymnasium. The class of 50 students is the largest-ever graduating class at this campus. More than 580 families and friends are expected to attend the ceremony.
The guest speakers include Donna Markle, R.N., M.S., associate professor, School of Nursing, Ashland, and Andrea Smith, a 2004 graduate and Student Nursing Association president. Saundra Theis, R.N., Ph.D., associate dean of the School of Nursing's southern region is the master of ceremonies.
