The Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation has announced the election of new directors and officers to its board. Linda Hickey, Sean T. Keys, Gerald E. Jerry Reser and Todd R. Stucky, CLU, ChFC, have been newly elected to regular two-year terms on the Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation Board.

Linda Hickey is vice president of the Hickey Family Company, a private holding company, and manager of the Hickey Family Charitable Foundation. Hickey has been an active volunteer for the OHSU Center for Women's Health.

Sean T. Keys is co-founder of K and F Development, one of the top five multi-family home construction companies in Portland.

Gerald E. Jerry Reser is a national sales manager at Resers Fine Foods, which is a member of the Doernbecher Miracle Aisles Grocery program.

Todd R. Stucky, CLU, ChFC, is owner of LKE Partners, LLC and a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland.

In other board elections:
Xandra T. McKeown, executive vice president of commercial banking at West Coast Bank, was elected president of the board. Ron Brake, owner of Food 4 Less, was elected executive vice president of the board. Bryan Timm, CFO of Columbia Sportswear, was elected vice president of finance. Craig Wessel, Publisher of the Business Journal, was elected secretary.

Doernbecher Children's Hospital has a longstanding tradition of community support, and our volunteer board members are the heart of that effort, said Sue Nicol, executive director of the Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation. We are indebted to these outstanding community leaders for their guidance and expertise.

The Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation is governed by a board of directors comprising civic leaders and members of Oregon's business communities. Directors are responsible for formulating long-range goals, policies and operating procedures.

The Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that exists to secure private philanthropic support for Doernbecher Children's Hospital. The foundation raises funds from individuals, companies, foundations and organizations, and invests and manages gifts in accordance with donors wishes.
