Trial of Consumer Health E-Book Collection

The OHSU Library is conducting a free trial of the Books24x7 "Well-Being Essentials" consumer health collection until July 31.
The range of titles included in Well-Being Essentials extends from health maintenance to personal happiness to financial stability, and is a powerful complement to a corporate EAP (Employee Assistance Program). The collection includes numerous topics such as weight loss, healthy eating, personal finance, adoption, emotional well-being, parenting, relationship, fitness, health challenges, grief and loss, stress management, substance abuse, career transitions and development, work-life balance, and more.

Well-Being Essentials is comprised of titles from publishers including AMACOM, Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Capstone Publishing, Career Press, Da Capo Press, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Jossey-Bass, New World Library, Oxford University Press, and more.

This collection is available through the Books 24×7 interface from the OHSU Library's databases page. After logging in with your last name and library barcode, use the drop-down menu on the right to select "well-being topics" or use the search box to find a topic of interest, such as "exercise" or "green living".

If you have feedback about this resource, please contact Loree Hyde (, 503-494-3460).
