Dr. Druker featured in new AAMC Reporter column exploring the motivation and work of scientists

Brian J. Druker, M.D., Director of the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute and Jeld-Wen Chair of Leukemia Research, is featured in the January AAMC Reporter -- the monthly magazine of the Association of American Medical Colleges. The internationally known researcher answers questions about Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), the cancer-fighting drug Gleevec, and his reaction to learning he had won the celebrated Lasker-DeBakey Clinical Medical Research Award.
