Linn Goldberg, MD, Professor, Department of Medicine, recently appeared on KGW’s Live @ 7 to comment on performance-enhancing drugs and the recent confession to doping by Tour de France winner Floyd Landis. In the interview, Dr. Goldberg said that due to the nature of exertion in pro cycling, riders often look for drugs to help them “recover faster.”
