Dr. Deyo discusses back pain treatment with MSNBC

Richard Deyo, M.D., Professor, Department of Family Medicine, was featured in an MSNBC health article on the over-treatment of backpain in the U.S.  While time is often the best antidote for recovery, the article suggested that there is no one-size-fits-most treatment. Dr. Deyo said, "There are a lot of procedures going on for patients in whom we don't have good scientific evidence that it's going to help."
