OCTRI hosts the annual Awards Dinner to bring the research community together to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and improved human health. Attendees will have the opportunity to view posters, discuss research with the region's scientific leaders, and learn about exciting, novel science in a series of brief talks. Each recipient of OCTRI pilot project or strategic investment funding presents a poster or brief talk highlighting their accomplishments.
At this year’s Awards Dinner, three School of Medicine faculty members are giving talks:
Dan Marks, MD, PhD, “Fetal Metabolic Programming: From Mice to Men”
Melissa Nyendak, MD, MHS, “Definition of Human Immunodominant CD8 Antigens in Tuberculosis”
Damien Fair, PhD, PA-C, “Using resting-state functional connectivity MRI to characterize typical development and ADHD”
All faculty members and research staff are invited, and RSVP by Wednesday, September 22 is requested. Learn more and RSVP at: www.octri.org/awardsdinner
