WHAT: The public is invited to comment on a draft report calling for Portland State University (PSU) and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) to expand their collaboration by developing a formal strategic alliance.

DETAILS: The report is the outcome of the OHSU/PSU Strategic Partnership Task Force, formed by PSU President Wim Wiewel and OHSU President Joe Robertson to make recommendations on how the two universities could best collaborate to leverage state resources and meet educational needs in the Portland region and Oregon as a whole.
After studying the issue for nearly a year, the Task Force recommends that OHSU and PSU formally link the two universities and encourage future collaboration with a new strategic alliance. Read the full report here.
