The OHSU Library provides access to the Cochrane Library via two different interfaces, provided by two different vendors, Wiley and Ovid.  We are currently having issues with access to the Cochrane Library via the Wiley interface, but you can still get to all the content (plus the ACP Journal Club) via the Ovid interface. The link to the Cochrane Library on the library homepage will now take you to the Ovid interface.
