Jude Rochon of Astoria, 6, uses his new 3D prosthetic hand  to balance himself on a scooter, on June 22, 2017 at OHSU. The assistive device was created by Dr. Albert Chi for free, crafted out of 3D printed parts and fitted to a shoulder harness. (OHSU/Kristyna Wentz-Graff)
