Dr. Corless develops advanced diagnostic tests for the application of precision medicine. He is an expert on the use of gene sequencing methods to detect cancer and guide treatment, and has expertise in applying molecular diagnostics to the classification and prognostication of solid tumors. Corless has a longstanding research interest in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), as well as in bringing new technologies into clinical use. Corless has authored or co-authored more than 250 publications.
