Oregonians must stay home to save lives

OHSU strongly supports Gov. Brown's mandate

OHSU strongly supports the additional steps Governor Kate Brown is mandating to reduce the spread of COVID-19. If Oregonians do not stay home, it will increase the chances that there will not be enough medical resources to treat the people who need hospital-based care.

OHSU is working with health care partners across the state to prepare for a potential surge in hospitalizations in the coming weeks, but we need the larger community to do its part. Every Oregonian, especially healthy Oregonians, can take actions now that will literally save lives.
