Patient condition reports
OHSU follows the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems' Hospital-Media Code of Conduct when responding to patient condition requests to ensure the gathering and reporting of patient information complies with state and federal laws, and does not compromise patient privacy, professional ethics or the provision of care.
