OHSU remains committed to DACA principles

OHSU remains committed to the principles of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy and to fostering a community that is diverse in people and ideas. To that end, OHSU will not:

  • Facilitate or cooperate with immigration enforcement activities except in the event of clear exigent circumstances, such as an imminent risk to the health or safety of others or if required by law.
  • Share with the federal government confidential student information, such as immigration status, unless required by court order.
  • Act on behalf of the federal government in enforcing immigration laws.
